DescriptionOur Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to be responsible for engaging with people from all levels of an organization, understand complex requirements for multiple businesses and possess strong knowledge of financial processes. The BA must be self-directed, be able to work with little supervision, be able to transition from strategic to tactical activities nimbly and quickly, and be able to perform all aspects of the BA role as well as organizational change management. Additionally, the role requires knowledge of and fast and effective execution of change and release management, and is capable of coordinating team activities.

Project Description 
Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • Experience performing ALL of following activities: experience facilitating workshops & conducting interviews to obtain & validate/analyze requirement; develop & analyze business process, procedures, standards & guidelines; develop business process model; conducting impact analysis; conducting business need assessment; documenting current & future state; gap analysis; and develop user stories/use cases (12+ years)
  • Experience performing ANY of the following activities with business representatives: investigate and analyze policy changes; document business and system impacts; and develop strategy papers (e.g. business cases, business case summaries, strategic plans) (8+ years)
  • Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with business and technology partners, subject matter experts to obtain consensus and support for required changes or enhancements. (12+ years)
  • Experience working in a SQL Server environment. (5+ years)
  • Experience preparing project administration document such as: status reports, meeting minutes, risks, issues, decision requests, or change requests. (12+ years)
Nice To Have Skills
  • Experience in Business Process Reengineering (7+ years)
  • Experience documenting business processes, procedures, standards and guidelines (7+ years)
  • Experience working in an Agile Team (1+ year)
  • Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation (4+ years)
  • Experience developing Business Cases or Business Case Summaries (5+ years)
  • Experience with leading, facilitating and supporting change management (2+ years)

Work Environment2.5 months with possibility of 4-month extension
